I have no doubt Mr Robinson is very busy. But you wouldn’t know it as he takes the time to listen and explain. When offered a procedure, he went through all the risks associated with it so I could make an informed decision about what is best for me.
It’s great to be seen on time, in fact both visits were, that is important.
