I am an older male who is both patient and also a Registered Nurse but in another Trust.
Mr Rajayyanun disagnosed and treated bmy renal tumour with laparoscopic removal at The Alexandra Hospital Redditch.
Straight talking, kind, gentle, thoughtful and professional throughout. Everything was explained appropriately and very kindly and I was put at ease through a vey difficult time.
I had options to go privately anywhere in the UK but I chose Paul and stuck with treatment on the NHS because he and his Team were so highly recommended and have a super high reputation. They truly lived up to that reputation. Even his secretary and admin were wonderful.
I am alive and doing well. My words of thanks cannot cover how I feel.
