Mr Moran performed a TVT procedure for me some 20 years ago which was completely successful with no side effects whatsoever. Over the past couple of years I have had some problems with urinary incontinence and following tests I underwent bladder neck injection - this has also proved to be successful and I have no problems now at all.
I would highly recommend both this surgeon and either of the procedures.
