After an akward fall I unfortunately tore the ligament from my thumb on my right hand, and I'm a right handed engineer, so was obviously very concerned. Within 5 minutes of meeting Mr Goon and his initial assessment of my injury I felt happy and confident I was in very capable hands (no pun intended). He put me at ease and was proven to be correct about my injury, and more importantly, he fixed it completely, it's now a few years on and I have no issues and full mobility on what could of been a permanent injury.
