I’m a young man 18 years old at the time I had surgery on my nose Because of some serious injuries I’ve had to my face The concern I had was the bump and crookedness of my nose on the bridge which I had broke twice It was really simple I told him I wanted the least amount of change possible and to not make changes that will alter the natural look of my nose essentially I wanted my nose to look like it did before I broke it Not any change to the tip, or anything out of the perimeters of the bridge of my nose I wanted it to be as simple for him as possible to minimise the risk as much as possible Dr Lahoud agreed that what I was asking for was 100% achievable and realistic But somehow in the surgery completely altered every naturally defining feature of my nose at the tip My nose was straight before and now completely upturned (piggyish) My nose was narrowed and made to look feminine and weak (pinched looking) You would have thought the surgeon you trusted with so much on the line would at least show some care after disregarding everything you asked for them to do and messing up your face in a way that is VERY DIFFICULT to fix in revision rhinoplasty and expensive (£10000+) And I don’t actually believe Dr Lahoud is an incapable surgeon he’s had good results and definitely had some very bad ones but if you end up like me on the bad side. He will not care about making it right even if it’s the parallel opposite of what you asked him as in my case. I’m also in the talks of revision rhinoplasty and found out Dr Lahoud told me so many contradictory lies to brush the facts under the carpet. Like if I keep massaging my nose down (After a whole year of healing) that my nose will drop to a desirable position as I age. Ok
