Dr Lohana made me feel at ease the entire process. I felt like he listened to my views and my desired results and explained everything in great detail. My mum also came to my initial consultation and he also included her into the conversations for my surgery. From start to finish I felt like well taken care of and any worries or concerns I had no matter who I spoke to, all staff were happy to chat through it.
