I am delighted with my 2 hip replacements. The only thing I miss is running. I was told not to run with my new hips. I can though walk, cycle and swim all of which I do regularly. Before my hip replacements it was impossible to move about without a lot of pain. Hip replacements have made me feel fit and young again. Friends and family were most impressed by the transformation, also hip replacements gave me the necessary strengths to continue working.
I will endeavour to keep active without over doing it, which is a challenge!
