Mr. Hilmi first consulted with my wife Patricia severall years
ago when she was suffering with a small goita in
her neck. Over the years she saw him several times
and was diagnosed with a tumour on the right side of her
thyroid. He decided to operate but wanted to wait till
his chosen anaethetist was available. She underwent
surgery in August this year and all was succesful. His
aftercare was excellent, and she saw him on 11 November
for follow up, her voice box was checked and blood work
done, and Mr Hilmi said he would phone with the
results, which he did the next day at 08:40. He is a
most caring and thoughtful surgeon who we
cannot praise high enough.
