At all stages of my mother's care she was treated with respect and consideration. All aspects of her treatment were discussed with her so that she was aware of the risks but also the benefits of surgery. Aftercare was second to none and this I believe has aided her full recovery.
As relatives time was freely given to explain the suituation fully with offers of further explanations, st any time, should we need it.
