I refer to my consultation on 1 June 2023, with Mr Umez-Eroni, at Ross Hall Clinic, Braehead.
At the outset, I have ti say that within a very short time I realised that I was in the presence of someone who knew exactly what my problem was and explained the cause of it and that what he proposed was the preferred way forward. All of this was explained clearly and succinctly so much so that I, a person with no medical training, felt fully appraised of my situation and as a result I had no hesitation in placing my future treatment in his hands.
Throughout the consultation Mr Eronini took great pains to answer my questions and in my opinion conducted the consultation in an extremely professional and friendly manner.
I look forward to meeting him again hopefully in the not too distant future !
