Mr Umez-Eronini was honest and upfront about the success rate of my operation taking into account my particular circumstances surrounding the need for the operation.
He explained exactly what would happen, and in the likelihood that the operation didn’t give the result I was looking for, Mr Umez-Eronini made sure I knew exactly what my situation would look like moving forward, and how I would manage this long term.
He was considerate of my feelings and very supportive.
Fortunately the operation was more successful that I could have hoped for and I was given advise on what I should and should not be doing to maintain my quality of life.
