I have had two procedures carried out by Nigel Horlock, a private cosmetic one, and a major operation (diep flap breast construction) under the NHS, and I cannot recommend him strongly enough. From my first appointment it was clear that he really cares about his patients and takes a lot of time to listen to what you want as an outcome, as well as going through all the potential pitfalls and possible side effects, so he provides genuinely patient-centred care. The aftercare has been superb, with regular clinic appointments as well as personal phone calls and emails to check on a slight setback (nothing to do with his skills and now fully resolved). I couldn't be happier with what he's achieved; Nigel has restored my self-confidence and I feel fabulous! It's also worth noting that without exception, every nurse/doctor/consultant I have come in contact with throughout both procedures all speak extremely highly both of Nigel's skills and of his patient care, which is a strong recommendation in itself.
