Mr Kang came to see me before my operation and explained the procedure with clarity and in a very calming way. He asked me if I had any questions and I felt at ease, he was very friendly and I felt completely re assured. I was told that I would be leaving the ward for the operation at 19:00 and that is exactly what happened. I was impressed by all the cross checking that was carried out before my operation and how friendly the whole team was.
When I came round after the operation Mr Kang was actually on the phone speaking to my wife to up date her on the operation, this was very much appreciated and very thoughtful. I would like to thank Mr Kang and his team for the way they got me through the operation.
