It was a pleasure to meet Niel Kang (twice) He is easy to talk to and listens with interest
Apart from that I have had excellent results from both my shoulder replacement operations, one with NHS and the other privately. In both cases I received excellent care and after care physiotherapy. He also showed sensitivity by contacting my husband immediately after I had come round to reassure him that it had all gone well.
I think he is great!
I have been treated at Addenbrookes and the Spire Cambridge.
