Dr Hobbs was involved in all parts of my surgery, we initially had a video consultation where he explained the whole surgery process with me in detail and answered any questions I had. Then at my pre-op appointment he continued to be friendly and professional, any further concerns I had he made sure I was comfortable for the upcoming surgery and I was able to keep in contact with the team via email. On my surgery day I spoke with him before and after and he made sure to discuss the plans for the surgery again and check I was comfortable afterwards. After my surgery the team told me about any complications to look out for and explained my post-op care in detail, they also let me know the surgery went very well which helped with any post-op anxieties. Then I had my dressings removed which was also done by Dr Hobbs and again my post-op care was explained in detail and any further questions I have I'm able to contact him via email. I hope to speak to him again for my 6 month checkup and I highly recommend him and the amazing Manchester team to anyone considering top surgery.
