Mr, Drinnan rang at the appropriate time, new what was going on, and listened to my description of my current state. We then jointly decided on a course of action to move forward. I look forward to my next conversation with this very professional, pleasant Dr, whom I was able to completely understand, which has sadly not always been the case.
No idea how he could have improved upon the service he provided, top job!!!
