Neil Bulstrode was fantastic with my 15 year-old daughter. She was having severe issues with a tongue tie and within minutes he made her feel comfortable explaining the issues, he spoke directly to her and ensured she felt clear on the advice he was giving her and the options she had. The procedure went smoothly and his calm and friendly manner put her (and me!!!) at ease throughout. Mr. Bulstrode's follow-on care was much appreciated, we had no issues but he checked in a few times to ensure all was ok. . A month on, she has full use of her tongue and zero scarring. Would highly recommend Mr Bulstrode.
