Mr.Watson made me feel at ease as soon as I saw him. Obviously I was very worried and he put me at ease straight away. He is very easy to talk too. He talked to me as a person and not a hospital patient number.We even had a laugh at times. He is a true gent and very caring. I am so glad I saw him.
