After reading everyone else's feedback there seems little to add. I have found Mr Nusrath to be a gifted surgeon, a confident man with an agile brain and someone with a great sense of humour.
Essential when dealing with the horror that is cancer.
If you're reading this to ask should you trust Mr Nusrath, then the answer clearly is yes. You should put yourself in his hands - I did and he has removed my cancer, for which I am very grateful.
