Mr Bhat and Leia performed double carpal tunnel on me. Mr Bhat was friendly, informative, reassuring. I wanted my podcast on and he was supportive of that and even took down the info of my podcast as I was so calm during the procedure! But it was really the trust I had in Mr Bhat and his team that made the difference.
