Mr Dooldeniya. Thanks to Mr Dooldeniya for his expertise & care & also his caring staff. I had my RALP surgery at pinderfields hospital on the 7th of October 22 & discharged the day after on the 8th of October. What a great surgeon, from the moment he explained the procedure regarding the surgery I was having & what to expect I was so at ease. It was lunch time & I was the afternoon patient for theatre, he explained the time scale expected to complete the operation, he said I would have no bleed bag tube left in & I would be climbing the walls to get home the next day. How right he was, by lunchtime the next day I was ready for home catheter bag in situ, 7 days later the catheter removed with very light incontinence for approximately a week. 6 weeks later back to my normal routine of 3 mile a day running. Now 5 months post surgery & fully back to normal routine. Thanks Mr Dooldeniya to you & everyone at pinderfields hospital.
