I ruptured my quadricep's tendon, and had to have surgery. I was very anxious about it but from start to finish my experience has been excellent, the hospital and everyone on the staff is friendly and attentive - especially Mr El-Husseiny who took the time to explain everything to me completely before he operated. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand, rather than just focusing on the technical details. The aftercare has also been great.
