He was very off hand and had no interest at all in the condition I was referred to him for.
He 'dismissed' me after a cursory examination of the area and referred me back to my GP 'to sort it out'.
I am now having to be referred to another surgeon with the added waiting time, pain and anxiety this entails.
A very upsetting experience for me, and a complete waste of my time and additional NHS money.
I would never go to see this man again and would not recommend him to anyone.
I feel because he occupies an 'exalted' position in his department he is not interested in the needs and concerns of patients.
He only needed to refer to an appropriate surgeon to avoid what turned out to be a very unpleasant experience.
