Mr Thornton should be cloned and all surgeons should "operate" in the same manner.
He responded to my situation and offered a very detailed explanation of the procedure I was to undergo. I was faced with a 12 week wait. We wrote to him about this and he responded positively. He had the possibility of a cancellation the next day and rang to offer me the slot. I accepted and was told to expect an early morning call to let me know. It was a yes. After the procedure I was home and in my own bed by 11.30pm that night. What a great outcome. Big Thornton fan as you can imagine.
