Although things are still really raw I felt that it was the right time to write this.
My Dad was admitted to hospital on 28th August and sadly passed away on 1st September
During what was the longest few days of my family's life Mr Thornton showed such kindness and empathy.
Every time he came onto the Ward he always came to see not only how my Dad was but to see how we were too.
He explained things thoroughly every step of the way.
We will be forever grateful to him.
