My second lot of surgery with mr Thornton. He came before the surgery to see how I felt and to explain again in detail what he was doing. I wasn’t scared at all, because mr Thornton is extremely talented surgeon, not only that he’s deeply caring, kind and very understanding. When I have issues I contact his secretary who is absolutely amazing too, and they quickly contact me back. Honestly I’m under a lot of doctors, and I have never met a doctor quite like mr Thornton, I absolutely hold him in high regard. I’m very lucky you are my surgeon, and probably more surgeries to come in future. I wouldn’t want anyone else operating on me. A genuinely nice person who does care for you deeply, you aren’t just a number
