I was told my foot would be 70% improved. It is in fact 100% worse. It has ruined my life and I want others to realise you could end up in more pain than before the operation. Nobody listens but I am seriously considering having my foot amputated rather than suffer the pain caused by my reconstruction. I was told I'd have to wear a boot for six weeks, but it ended up for six months. My foot is more painful now than before the operation.
