I was very impressed by the whole appointment. I arrived early for my appointment but was ushered straight in to see Mr Butler. He had all my notes and x-ray results in front of him and took some time to catch-up as it was the first time I'd seen him. He asked relevant questions and listened to my replies carefully. By the end of the appointment I felt reassured about my problem, that it had been discussed and a sensible decision had been made with my input. I left knowing I would see him again in 12 months with the proviso that if there was any deterioration in my condition I could get in touch. This was reassuring and made me feel in control. I actually enjoyed the experience.
