Mr Butler diagnosed a mid foot fracture and talked me through the surgical procedure needed to fix it. He was very realistic in describing the challenge of a 6 month recovery period, including many weeks being non weight bearing. Disappointingly, the first operation was unsuccessful, so I had to go through the whole thing again. He was empathic and supportive during this time, and thankfully all went well second time around. Mr Butler is friendly, respectful and he listened to my concerns very sympathetically. He takes time to explain the technical aspects of surgery, which I find very helpful.
