I had ruptured all 4 tendon heads on my right leg. The rupture occurred at the pelvis in a rugby injury. Due to corona virus and me being referred to the wrong clinic I was 7 months down the line before I met Dr Acharya. I was rather worried prior to my consultation, as I had been advised that the injury I had occurred would mainly only be repaired, normally, within 8-12 weeks of the injury. As a 31 year old semi professional rugby player, with a 2 year old and a new baby on the way, I was nervous, anxious and concerned to say the least. As soon as dr Acharya entered the room I felt as if a huge weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. Mez as he is known, made me feel very very safe and put my concerns at ease, confirming he would operate on me as a matter of urgency. The way Mez conducted the consultation was highly professional, yet very relaxed and calm. I can not recommend Dr Acharya enough. The surgery was scheduled for 5 days later and again the service and quality that I was shown was second to none. I would highly recommended Dr Acharya and his team. They were fantastic and made quite a worrying nasty situation for me, easy and smooth.
