Mehool (Mez) Acharya reconnected my hamstring to my pelvis after a mountain bike jump went wrong. I was immediately impressed by his engaging and light-hearted approach which combined with his explanation and confidence put me at ease and gave me the facts that enabled me to make the right decisions for my recovery. What also impressed me greatly over the 4-5 consultations I had was that unlike most of his peers he knew all the nurse's names, clearly valued them and in turn holds their respect - a number of them referred to him with affection. I was set to endure my leg brace for 10 weeks but got it off in 6 and was back on my bike within 7! Thank you, Mez not only for your skilled surgery but also for your genuine care and humour that reassured me at every stage - keep doing what you do! Jules
