Mr Ward was very understanding and engaging. He was confident that my issue didn’t need further tests or treatment and he explained his reasoning very clearly to me, I left my appointment reassured. Paula Taylor, Mr Ward’s secretary, has been extremely helpful and understanding throughout. Her communication and support sets her apart from literally every other person I’ve ever emailed, thank you!
