Mr Martin Hayward is a very experienced surgeon who gives you a lot of confidence and encouragement with his trustful smile and the way he explains in detail the procedure you are going to have in my case he was absolutely correct in everything, if I was in any doubt I probably wouldn't have been able to write this letter now. Thank you Mr Hayward I'm very grateful to you.
