A dismissive and inattentive man who does not listen well, will interrupt after you've barely uttered three words as Mr Cope prefers to do the talking, much of it about money. If you want a specialist who will discuss with you, at some length, how he is underpaid then he is your man. If you are looking to shell out in the hope of finding some progress towards resolving a problem, you would be strongly advised to shop around.
