My Tyrrell was very welcoming with a friendly persona. He listened carefully to what my husband said and showed empathy. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly with several options of treatment. We immediately felt that Mr Tyrrell was the right person for my husband feeling very comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment.
