As a patient for a delicate BCC Nose operation, completely botched by another surgery 2 years before, he and his team led a total confidence restoring procedure (total time 3 hours) in the Weston General Hospital Westonsupermare (Bristol NHS). Following a series of delays over a long period (and a cancellation by me from a severe head cold), his reception team received me promptly in day care and went to great lengths to make me comfortable and relaxed. This was completed with provision of proper tea in proper mugs and biscuits. Pre-op, Mr Singh then spent time explaining carefully in layman terms what had happened to necessitate further surgery and how a delicate procedure was to be effected. He also explained what further procedure might be required in the event that it was not fully successful. In what seemed like a fully modern surgery I was received by an attentive team who went to great lengths to prepare me comfortably for procedure. This team kept me fully informed (and amused) during process for about an hour. Mr Singh explained every move he was about to make, quietly directing his 4 close colleagues who were highly efficient. Back in day care, the post-op team took over with more tea and biscuits and paperwork. After care procedures were to be set up in Bristol for dressing and stitch removal. All in all it was a five star service and well worth the long travel distance from Marlborough Wiltshire. Thank you all very much, we hope it will have been successful.
