I saw Mr Latimer with my 10 year old daughter following an injury to her knee. He was really kind and friendly which made her worry much less about her injury. She subsequently had an MRI which Mr Latimer went through in great detail with us so we fully understood what had happened. Thank you so much for your care and expertise.
