Mr Latimer has been fantastic in caring for my daughter, who has a long term leg condition. He listened to our concerns and was willing to consider a range of treatment options during the diagnosis process, in discussion with us. He has worked with other consultants to find the best treatment for my daughter. He has always been thorough in his analysis of problems and caring in his approach. He has found the time to engage not only with us the parents, but with my daughter during appointments. She never minds seeing Mr Latimer and enjoys his humour and attentive manner. The appointments are well organised and it is helpful that there is usually a nurse available to distract / play with my daughter if more difficult or lengthy discussions need to take place. Mr Latimer patiently answers questions and is good at giving clear explanations to children as well as adults. For my daughter he has also made the hospital a more friendly and less threatening environment. I would fully recommend this doctor.
