What a fantastic experience. My daughter was rather nervous before her first appointment, however on arrival Mr Latimers gentle and caring approach put her completely at ease. He listened to her attentively and gave her time to think about the responses and carefully clarified. He then arranged for the subsequent care and treatment, thank you very much.
May I also take this opportunity to thank all the other supporting staff at Clinic 6, Addenbrookes, who provided equally good care.
