He was understanding to my problem with my veins. Explained in detail to what would be happening during the day of my operation and also the after care.
Also this team at the day care centre at heartlands were great.
The rest of the operating team involved with me were also very good. It made me feel very relaxed for my op.
So thank you all at heartlands
