My treatment by, care and interaction with Mr. Kothari was excellent. Each step of the journey was collaborative, inclusive and supportive, giving me confidence that my best interests as a patient, were being considered at all times. I was listened to and included in the decision making process around my treatment. Mr. Kothari provided advice when required and specifically when further explanation was needed around the medical details. At all times Mr. Kothari was courteous, professional, respectful & friendly, taking time to make me feel at ease when dealing with a difficult situation. It felt that the patient care was the priority & every effort was being made to achieve the highest/best outcome.
