Having been anxious about a total hip replacement I felt reassured and confident going in to surgery. Mr Bakatali has a pleasant manner which is reassuring and calm. He was happy to answer my questions and is a good listener. I feel privileged to have had such a competent surgeon allocated without having to hunt around or do any kind of search.
