I went to see Dr. James during an initial consultation. He took the time to listen to me and to explain things in detail. He also explained the next steps to take to review the case further.
He showed professionalism, deep knowledge of the field and very good rapport. He made me feel listened to and at ease. I felt he knew his subject and was passionate about it, taking time to explain as much as possible to me.
Highly recommended.
