Mr Alexandrou has been very accessible and thoughtfully caring at my time of feeeling low and in a lot of pain due to an enlarged prostate complicated by infection (acute prostatis - extremely painful) and a neurogenic bladder, damage to the bladder nerve supply caused by cauda equina syndrome. I don’t know what he is like as a surgeon but speaking as a medically retired surgeon myself, I would guess that he has excellent skills and standard of practice. I am very happy to be under his care.
