I saw Mr Kunasingham at his clinic at Purley hospital about a problem with my right foot. he diagniosed a Right foot hallux valgus. There was also a problem with my second toe which was crossing over the big toe and had a big medial bump.
He described how this could be corrected by surgery using keyhole surgery. I had the operation on 2nd March 2020 and today 23rd July, he had Xrays done which showed that the problem had been corrected and now both my big itoe and second toe are straight.The Keyhole technique enabled me to walk immediately (small distances). There was bruising and swelling which gradually subsided. I am pleased with the result.
