Dr Kian was the most caring surgeon I met, using his skills to meet my needs rather than my body having to fit the ‘book’! I didn’t want an uplift which was recommended to me by surgeons because I wanted my new, larger breasts to sit/fall naturally like my current breasts and not look stuck on. I breastfed my son but sagging wasn’t really the problem for me, it was the lack of volume. I just wanted what I had filling again - replacing my lost milk basically haha. Because I was told I’d need an uplift at a few different consultations, me going against surgeons advice was of slight concern, but Dr Kian and his patient coordinator put my concerns at ease, not pushing me for an uplift and in fact agreeing we could get good results without having to go down this road
