I have been a patient of Dr. Ng for a 2.5 years now and I can easily say that he is one of the best doctors I have ever met. Dr. Ng is an outstanding expert urologist with incredible skills and knowledge. He provides me with a wealth of information and guidance on various health topics all science-based. His explanations are always clear and concise and I feel reassured after each consultation. He is extremely professional, efficient and takes the time to listen to my concerns and works together with me to come up with the best course of action. He always takes the time to explain any diagnosis or treatments in detail and his warm and caring nature helps to ease any worries I have, making sure I understood all the details fully. On top of that, he has a very calming presence that makes me feel at ease during my visits. He is easy to talk to and very caring in the way he interacts with patients, always thinking of their best interests first. He is available whenever I need him and always willing to answer any questions. At least once he consulted me while being on holiday overseas! I have never seen this kind of dedication before! He has always been extremely helpful and responsive, no matter what the issue is. He always helps me organize the logistics to perform the needed tests’ and communicates the results. Dr. Ng is an amazing doctor who is truly invested in his patients’ health. His enthusiasm for his work is apparent from the moment you first meet him in his office or, in my case, via video link, making for a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. He pays close attention to detail and takes into account a variety of factors when prescribing a treatment plan. Dr. Ng also works hard to keep up with the latest medical advances, including treatments and the best and newest medications available to ensure that his patients are receiving the best possible care.
