Dr Pampiglione was very welcoming and easy to talk to you. We were actually quite late for our appointment as we went to the wrong hospital by mistake - however he still made the time for us which was very reassuring. We left feeling very optimistic and hopeful of the future and with a clear action plan on what the next steps would be for us.
