I was referred to Mr Hamann by my GP regarding possible ENT issues. He was one of the most pleasant and informative consultants I have ever seen - sadly for us patients, many consultants have a rather arrogant and dismissive attitude to patients (NHS and private). Upon first meeting him, I was greeted with a very warm and open smile which put me instantly at ease.
He listened attentively to what I had to say, explained the procedures he was going to do within the consultation to investigate my health issue very clearly and reassuringly, and always with a warm smile.
At the end of the consultation he discussed the next steps (referral back to a cardiologist in this case) in a very open and respectful way.
I would not hesitate in any way to recommend Mr Hamann to anyone wishing to consult with a ENT Consultant.
