I have visited Dr Joe with my husband following his Stroke and Heart Attacks. Dr Joe always listens to our concerns and always reassures us both with our concerns. He always shows empathy and shows us great care. We always feel fully involved in any care plans. Dr Joe is extremely professional and knowledgeable and he always take our concerns seriously. He never dismisses our concerns. We trust Dr Joe's judgement and we feel that a lot of G.Ps could learn a great deal from his practice and approach with patients. I also feel valued especially when Dr Joe takes the time to ask me how I am coping with the care of my husband. I do not think any other G.P has ever considered me as a carer, this is such good practice. Thanks Dr Joe for your care, professionalism, knowledge and your empathy. Thanks for ensuring that we both get the best possible care possible whether directly from yourself or from the other professionals that you have referred us to.

Such an amazing GP.Listens to what you need to say no rush,I've seen Dr.Joe Klakus lots of times now and he wanted to get to know me first before adding or changing any of medication which made me feel so trusting. He always makes me feel so comfortable and I also feel able to speak to him about any illnesses or problems I have. Thank you.

I feel like Dr Klakus saw me as a person and not just as a mechanism. He asked questions - some seemingly just to make pleasant conversation - and I immediately felt like I was in capable hands. He is refreshingly unconventional in a positive way and he struck me as enthusiastic and genuinely caring.
